  3. 破壞高保護價值森林經營。Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations.
  4. 將森林轉變為人工林或非林業用地。Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use.
  5. 森林經營中採用基因改造有機生物。Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations.
